Our promise to you
At JARO, we believe that a purchase
should always feel right — from the moment
you place your order to the moment you
wear it. If a product does not meet
your expectations, we will help
resolve it.
Article 1 — Return period
We offer a return period of
30 days after receiving your order.
This is more than double the statutory
period of 14 days — because we want
you to have enough time to feel confident
about your choice.
Article 2 — How to request a return

— Your order number
— Which product you would like to return
— The reason for the return
You will receive a confirmation and
further instructions from us within
one business day.
Article 3 — Return conditions
To be eligible for a return,
the product must meet the following
conditions:
— The product is unworn
and unwashed
— The product still has all original
labels attached
— The product is in its original condition
— not damaged or used
— The product is in its original
packaging
— The return has been requested within
30 days after delivery
Products that do not meet
the above conditions may be
refused or partially refunded.
Article 4 — Exceptions
The right of return does not
apply to:
— Earrings and jewellery where
the hygienic packaging
has been broken
— Products that are visibly
worn or damaged
— Products that have been
custom-made or personalised
Article 5 — Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility
of the buyer.
We recommend returning the product
with tracked shipping. JARO is not
responsible for returns that are
lost during shipping.
Exception: if you receive a damaged
or incorrect product, JARO will cover
the full return costs.
Article 6 — Refund
After receiving and inspecting the
returned product, we will refund
the purchase amount within
14 business days.
The refund will be issued via
the same payment method used for
the original purchase.
Because JARO offers free shipping,
there are no shipping costs
to be refunded.
We reserve the right to withhold
the refund until we have received
the product or until you have
provided proof that the product
has been shipped.
Article 7 — Received a damaged
or incorrect product
Have you received a damaged or incorrect
product?
Please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery via:

Please include in your email:
— Your order number
— A clear photo of the
damaged or incorrect product
In this case, JARO will cover the full
return costs and provide either a
replacement product or a full refund —
whichever you prefer.
Article 8 — Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer
direct exchanges.
Would you like a different product
or a different size? Please return
the product through the normal return
procedure and place a new order.
