Article 1 — Processing time

We process orders on business days
from Monday to Friday.

Processing time: 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email
once your order has been processed and
a second email with your tracking number
once the package has been shipped.


Article 2 — Delivery time

Delivery time may vary by product
and is stated on the product page.

Most products are delivered
within 3–5 business days after shipping.
The maximum delivery time is 12 business days.

Please check the product page of your
item for the exact delivery time.

We currently ship only
to addresses within the Netherlands.


Article 5 — Track your order

Once your package has been shipped,
you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this to track your order

Article 6 — Package not received

Have you received a notification that your package
has been delivered, but you have not
received anything? Please first check:

— Whether the package was delivered to
  a neighbour or nearby pickup point
— Whether the delivery driver left
  a notice
— Whether the address was entered correctly
  when placing your order

Have you still not received anything
after 12 business days, or are you unsure
what to do?
