JARO uses the Shopify platform
to manage our online store.
All purchases are made directly
with JARO. Shopify is not
responsible in this regard.

All prices on the website are
listed in euros, including VAT.

JARO reserves the right to
change prices, discounts, and offers
without prior notice.

The applicable price is the price
in effect at the time of order —
as stated in the confirmation email.

JARO offers free shipping on
all orders within the Netherlands
with no minimum order value.

We accept the following
payment methods:

— Google Pay

Article 6 — Shipping and delivery

Processing time is
1–2 business days.

The expected delivery time is
stated on the product page.
Most products are delivered
within 3–5 business days.
The maximum delivery time is
12 business days.

JARO ships only within
the Netherlands.

Delivery times are estimates
and not guarantees. JARO is not
liable for delays caused
by delivery services or
circumstances beyond our control.


Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
and returns

The consumer has the right to
withdraw from a purchase without
giving any reason within 30 days
after receiving the product.

This is more than double the
statutory period of 14 days.

All content on our website —
including texts, images,
logos, videos, and designs —
is owned by JARO or its
licensors and is protected
by copyright and other
intellectual property rights.
